Annapolis Boat Show Schedule

What an incredible day of sailing! In preparation for the show we spent the day sailing the Nautitech 441. Wow, what a blend of form and function. Not to mention that this is one fast cat. How about 3.4 knots with 6 knots wind, or 7.6 knots with 14.8 knots of wind! Even with just the engines she slips through the water. At 1500 RPM we were doing 6.5 knots and at cruising RPM of 2300 we were doing almost 8 knots. And now you can have a more conventional helm station at the bulkhead if you wish.
     So come on down and let's talk cats, would love to see old friends and clients. Here is my day to day schedule on what cat I will be on.

Get Ready For The 2012 Annapolis Sailboat Show Oct. 4th - 8th

Can you believe it's that time of year again? Well it is and the question is are you ready? So much to do and see at this years show, the new Vacation Alley being one. And we here at Sailaway are proud to have a major presence at the show this year. We are now Nautitech dealers and Tomcat dealers, so be sure to stop by and take a look at the new Tomcat 9.7 and the Nautitech 441. We have three cats in the "Take the Wheel" program so if you've never sailed a cat before sign up for the program or take advantage of our free demo's three times a day!
    I'm looking forward to meeting old friends as well as new so stop by the Sailaway booth and I'd love to talk cats with you! Don't forget hat our brokerage show is happening at the same time as the Annapolis Boat Show. For those that are in the market for a used cat we will have over a dozen at our docks at Pier 7 Marina, just 10 minutes from the boat show. Curious About Cats??

Are you sittin' on the fence deciding between multi's and mono's? Never been on a cat before and wonder if all the hype is too good to be true? Don't want to spend $1200 bucks for a day charter? Well we have your answer right here at Sailaway.
  Come out and spend a day with us onboard a beautiful catamaran and see for yourself what all the hubbub is about. For $400 a couple our captain will take you sailing on the beautiful Cheasapeake Bay. This includes gourmet appetizers, wonderful entree's and great deserts. Drinks are also included. You can spend your time just lounging on the trampoline or relaxing in the cockpit. Or if you like you can actively participate in all the aspects of sailing the boat. It's all up to you. Space is limited to three couples so there's plenty of room to eat, drink and stretch out.
  The cat is a Jaguar 36 with new paint, new sails and beautifully redone interior. So come on out and see what the catamaran lifestyle is all about. It's easy to make reservations, just visit our website and we'll answer any questions you may have. You can talk to our chef and have your meals based on what you enjoy eating or if you have dietary needs.

Busy,busy, busy. That's how I would describe the activities around here lately. With the advent of the new Annapolis Spring Boat Show cats have been coming and going off our docks at a fast pace.
  If you missed our brokerage show well here's your chance to catch up. Sailaway's open house is scheduled for June 9th and 10th. Where else are you gonna go and see more then a dozen cats in one location? Where else are you gonna go and take part in free demo's to introduce you to the world of cats. Ok, we're still in the middle of winter but it's not to early to add our spring brokerage show to your calender. The show runs in conjuntion with the new Annapolis Spring Boat Show so you get two shows in one! If you were at our last show you remember how many cats we had at our docks for your inspection. Well we're shootin' for even more at this show. So if your in the market today, tomorrow or next year for a cat don't miss this show.

Still Time For Boat Show Specials!

I hope everyone had a chance to visit our brokerage boat show. We had fantastic weather and crowds to match. It was a great time meeting new folks in the market for a cat. Remember though, just because the show is over doesn't mean the specials are over. Come on back down and inspect our cats at your leisure. No waiting in line and our brokers love to talk boats!
